Food Sensitivity Testing

Is your food making you sick? Are you suffering from stubborn health problems that don’t let up, no matter what do? Perhaps you are taking medications, but they never seem to get to the root cause of your symptoms because you continue to suffer with irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue, skin conditions such as eczema or even debilitating pain due to migraine, rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia.

Food Sensitivity Testing and advanced nutritional protocols provide cutting-edge technology to help you to feel good again. Research has shown that because the majority of our immune system cells’ function is in “the gut,” certain foods and chemicals can aggravate our symptoms or illness by causing inflammation in the body. Because each person’s list of food sensitivities (or triggers) is unique, accurate blood testing is necessary to identify these problem foods.

Your food sensitivity and intolerance test results will be sent to you in an easy-to-understand, color-coded format. You will have a clear understanding of your “safe” foods, highly reactive and moderately reactive foods or chemicals.

Mediator Release Testing

Mediator Release Testing (MRT) is a highly accurate and patented test that tests your blood sample against 150 commonly eaten foods and various chemical additives and food colorings. It is used to identify individual food and chemical triggers that may be aggravating your symptoms. It measures the volume changes of specialized white blood cells that are known to release chemicals (mediators) such as histamines, prostaglandins and cytokines. When you eat foods that you are sensitive to, these chemical mediators are released into your bloodstream and are the often the “culprits” in causing your symptoms.
